I offer both counselling and EMDR therapy, working face-to-face, online or telephone
I am happy to work with you on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. You can decide the pace at which you want to go and for how long it feels right to continue.
I work on an individual basis with men and women from age 16 years upwards. I offer appointments throughout the working day and early evening.

My practice in Southgate is within easy reach of Barnet, Enfield, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Potters Bar and North London.
Being a short walk from Arnos Grove Tube station (Piccadilly Line) means that I am also easily accessible from the West End or City.
